The project viability was marginal and a wider socio-economic assessment was requested to understand the role that the project would have in addressing some of the country's economic and social issues.

Output:

Direct and indirect impact of the project from a potential employment, tax revenue, industry diversification strategy and development of South Africa were identified and presented.

Our client negotiated with the authorities various required concessions for the project to materialise.
